Muscles grow through intensity. It is often hard for an athlete to maintain adequate intensity over prolonged time and stagnation is common. I provide pre-calculated workouts, which fight against stagnation. They allow the athlete to focus on the weight and task ahead and enjoy growing, knowing that he’s always working at a high intensity.

With my calculations I am able to see weak points in your development and specifically write a workout targeting those muscles, so that you will develop the physique you’re dreaming of.

Workout routine with 4 workout days

TP4. This routine is best worked within one week. 2 workout days, 1 day break, 2 workout days and 2 day break.

TP5. This routine is best worked within one week. 2 workout days, 1 day break, 3 workout days and 1 day break.
