A friend of mine uses ephedrin for boosting his workouts. Is it any good?
Ephedrin mimics the effects of adrenaline in your body but on a longer time frame and less pronounced. Scientific research has not found any benefit for workout in terms of higher weights, nor better workouts, although the participants said that they felt stronger and clearer minded. Ephedrin does not help to “unlock” your muscles, but makes you feel better about your workout. However, there was no effect on growth, strength or overall performance.
Side effects are common and put a strain on your cardio-vascular system and the body adapts to ephedrin use, leading to increased dose intake.
Overall, it’s nothing good to use.
